This is John Fitspatrick. He turns 50 this year. I did his prep for the Lehigh Valley Bodybuilding Championship where he placed 2nd. John was a standout with his condition no doubt. He was about the hardest and most ripped guy in the show.
I will be helping John this off season and we are planning a prep for next year.. Our off season plan is to pack some good lean muscle on, go back and crush the show next year.
He will also be competing at the Masters Nationals soon.
2010 NPC USA is almost here.

With 4 pro cards going out at this year’s USA in men’s bodybuilding alone, I’m looking forward to being in the audience watching as the best amateurs come out to this show. I’ll be traveling to the show with my family to meet up with some friends, enjoy some meals out, and hang out with the kids. I hope to see you guys there.

Jan – off season plan

I will be working with Jan once again starting now in the off season to bring an even bigger and better package to the stage shortly! The last time we teamed up together, the Swedish sensation took home the overall title!

Tome – 5 weeks out from the USA

I’m helping prep Tome Ameko and we are five weeks away from the USA where she placed 5th last year.
2010 Masters Nationals – 6 weeks out

John is 43 years old and approaching the 3 week mark of his prep. Standing 5’10″ and 241 lbs, hes a force to reckon with. I started working with John earlier in the year and the prep has gone smooth and steady..
Johns last big win was at the NPC Pittsburgh were he took the Super Heavyweight class. Our plan is make some serious noise at the Masters Nationals then move on to the NPC North Americans later this year. John’s condition and muscle maturity is mind blowing!!
